Draft — accurate, but not attorney-reviewed
This page describes exactly what this website does, in plain language. It is factually correct as of the date below, but it has not been reviewed by an attorney. If analytics, advertising or a third-party form service are ever added, this page must be updated before those go live.
What this site collects
This is a static website. It does not use advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies of its own. The only information we receive is what you deliberately send us through the free-concept form or by email.
The free-concept form
If you complete the form on the free concepts page, we receive the answers you gave: your business name, the type of business, whether you have a website now, what matters to you, what materials you have, your location, any notes you added, and your name and email address. No phone number is requested or required.
We use that information for two things: preparing your concepts, and replying to you. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or add you to a marketing list.
Alongside your answers we also record the date and time of the submission, the IP address the request came from, and the browser’s user-agent string. That is kept for one reason only — recognising and blocking automated abuse of the form — and it is not used to profile, track or advertise to anyone.
Submissions are stored as a file on the same server that serves this website. That file is outside the public web directory and cannot be reached from the internet.
If you email us directly, we keep the message so we can reply to it and refer back to it during a project.
Who else is involved
There is no third-party form service. The form on this site posts to our own server, which is deliberate: your answers are not passed through an external platform on their way to us.
The companies that do touch this site, and what each of them handles:
- Hostinger — hosts the website and stores form submissions. Like any web host, it keeps standard server logs that include visitor IP addresses.
- Resend — delivers the notification email that tells us a submission arrived. That email contains the answers you gave.
- Zoho Mail — provides our email, so anything you send us and anything we send you is stored there.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site, which means your browser requests a file from Google when a page loads.
No advertising network, analytics platform or tracking pixel is used anywhere on this site.
How long we keep it
Needs a decision before launch: a retention period has not yet been set. Twenty-four months from last contact is a reasonable default for enquiries of this kind, but it is a business decision rather than a technical one. Once chosen, state it here plainly.
Your information
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email tanner@leviathanunlimitedllc.com and we’ll do it.
Contact
Questions about any of this go to tanner@leviathanunlimitedllc.com.
Needs adding before launch: a postal address for Leviathan Unlimited LLC. A privacy policy should identify the business behind it by more than an email address.
