The process
You already have a job.
Getting a better website shouldn’t turn into a second one. Here is the whole thing, start to finish, including the parts that need you — and there are fewer than you’d expect.
Your total involvement
Three things.
That’s the ask.
Everything else on this page happens without you. If you never wanted to think about a website again after these three, the project would still finish.
-
01
Have a conversation
Tell us what the business does and what you wish the website did. Half an hour, in person or on a call. No preparation, no homework, no cost.
-
02
Send what you’ve got
Logo, photos, menu, services, hours — whatever exists. A camera roll and a few text messages is a perfectly normal starting point. Missing things is normal too.
-
03
Say what you think
Look at the near-finished site and tell us what’s wrong. One consolidated round. Blunt is genuinely more useful than polite here.
Every step
Ten steps.
Nothing hidden.
The steps marked Your move are the only ones waiting on you. Everything else is ours to carry.
Before you spend anything
-
Free discovery
We talk. What the business does, who it serves, what’s online now, what you wish it looked like. No cost, no obligation, no pitch deck.
Together
-
Two free homepage concepts
Two genuinely different homepage directions, designed for your actual business — your name, your services, your situation. Not a template with your logo dropped in.
We handle it
-
Pick a direction
Concept A, concept B, or a combination. Tell us what you liked and what you didn’t. This is also where you decide whether to keep going at all.
Your move
Getting started
-
A simple proposal
Plain language: what gets built, what’s included, what we need from you, and what happens next. No jargon, no surprise line items.
We handle it
-
Send your information
Logo, photos, services, menu, hours — whatever you already have. If it lives in a shoebox or a camera roll, that’s fine. This is the only real homework.
Your move
The build
-
We build
The main build happens once we have what we need — and most standard builds are finished within about 48 hours of that point. Not a project you have to chase for two months.
We handle it
-
Review
You see the near-finished site and give one consolidated round of changes. Say what’s wrong. Nobody is precious about it.
Together
-
Finalise
We handle the final polish — the details that separate a finished site from a nearly-finished one.
We handle it
Live
-
Launch
Final payment and service agreement, then the site is prepared to go live on your domain.
Together
-
Optional ongoing support
Keep it yourself, or hand the upkeep to us monthly. Entirely your call — and it can be decided after launch, not before.
Your move
On speed
Most builds are done in 48 hours.
Not 48 hours from your first email — 48 hours from the moment we have everything we need. That is the target the entire process is built around, and for a standard small-business site it is what normally happens.
Bigger or more unusual projects take longer. If yours is one of them you’ll be told up front, with a real number, before any work starts. What won’t happen is a month of silence and a vague answer when you ask.
The clock starts when your materials arrive.
Straight answers
The questions
people actually
ask.
Including the ones most agencies would rather you didn’t.
There isn’t one, but here’s the honest reasoning: showing you real work is a better sales pitch than talking about it. If you like what you see, you’ll probably hire us. If you don’t, you’ve lost nothing and we’ve learned we weren’t the right fit. Either way, no invoice.
A conversation at the start, one batch of materials in the middle, and one round of feedback near the end. That’s the whole ask. You should not have to become a project manager to get a website.
Very common, and not a blocker. We work with what exists and are straight with you about where a real photograph would make a genuine difference. Nothing gets held hostage waiting for a perfect asset library.
No. The site is yours at launch either way. The monthly service exists because most owners would rather run their business than learn a content management system — not because the site stops working without it.
The person doing the work. There is no account manager, no handoff to a team you never meet, and no ticket queue. The same person who designs it builds it and answers your email about it.
It’s the price of a complete website for a typical small business. A site that needs many more pages, e-commerce, booking systems or custom functionality costs more — and you’ll be told that in plain numbers in the proposal, before any work starts.
Something not covered? Email tanner@leviathanunlimitedllc.com and you’ll get a real answer from the person who’d be building it.
No cost. No obligation.
You’ve seen our website. Now let us show you yours.
Two homepage concepts, designed for your actual business, before you spend a dollar. Look at them and decide. That’s the entire offer.
